Bterram collects your name, email address, and optional phone number so organisers can send community event invitations and updates.
What is collected
The signup form records your name, email address, optional phone number, subscription status, consent version, submission time, and basic request metadata needed to protect the form from abuse.
How it is used
Your details are used to send community event emails. Phone is optional and will only be used for community event contact or SMS reminders if that service is enabled later.
Who processes it
Subscriber data is stored in the self-hosted Listmonk database. The website host, Postmark, Cloudflare Turnstile, and backup storage provider may process limited data needed to run the service.
Your choices
Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also ask the organisers to correct, export, or delete your details.
